# I can't hear the student in sync with the audio player, metronome, or piano.

Please make sure the **"Student" mode** is enabled. If the issue persists, ask your student to recalibrate their microphone by following the video guide. This should allow you to hear the student in sync with the player, metronome, or piano.

**Important:** Unfortunately, real-time accompaniment using the virtual piano is not possible due to internet latency. Instead, use audio files with vocal/music exercises. You can upload them to the player and hear the student in sync with the audio file.
