# I can't upload an audio file to the player.

The issue might be that you are trying to upload an unsupported file type.

The list of supported audio formats is: **MP3, MPEG, OGG, WAV, M4A, AAC**.

**The issue could also be related to internet connection speed,** which may cause the file to upload slowly for either you or the student.

You can check your connection speed at [**speedtest.net**](https://speedtest.net/).

The recommended speed for stable app performance is **upload/download of at least 25 Mbps** and a **ping no higher than 100 ms**.
