# My video quality is low

This behavior is usually related to the automatic adjustment of video quality to match the current internet speed, ensuring connection stability.

**Solution:**

Enable stable quality:

1. In the lesson interface, locate the **video quality settings button** (found near the camera icon).
2. Choose a setting:
   * Select the **"Auto-reduce video quality"** option in the menu that opens.
   * Or, manually set a fixed video quality that your camera supports.
   * **"Auto-reduce video quality"** allows the app to smoothly adjust quality, minimizing jitter.
   * A **fixed setting** stabilizes the picture if your internet connection allows it.

**Additional recommendation:**

For better stability, ensure your internet speed meets the recommended values (check on [**speedtest.net**](https://speedtest.net/): speed not lower than **25 Mbps**, ping up to **100 ms**). Use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi whenever possible.
