# The student cannot see the shared file (It is taking too long to load).

The issue might be related to your internet speed or your student's internet speed.

You and the student can check internet connection speed at [**speedtest.net**](https://speedtest.net/).

The recommended speed for stable app performance is **upload/download of at least 25 Mbps** and a **ping no higher than 100 ms**.
