# The virtual piano volume is too low.

If the audio track from the virtual piano is not loud enough, please check the volume settings within the MOOZ app.

**Solution:**

1. During a lesson, locate the virtual piano panel.
2. Below the virtual piano controls, you will see a volume bar.
3. Move the slider to the right to increase the virtual piano volume to a comfortable level.

**Important:** This setting adjusts the volume of the **virtual piano** only on your side**,** the student also needs to adjust the volume on their side.

If the audio track volume is set to maximum but the sound is still quiet, also check the overall volume of your computer's speakers or headphones.
