I can't upload an audio file to the player.

The issue might be that you are trying to upload an unsupported file type.

The list of supported audio formats is: MP3, MPEG, OGG, WAV, M4A, AAC.

The issue could also be related to internet connection speed, which may cause the file to upload slowly for either you or the student.

You can check your connection speed at speedtest.net.

The recommended speed for stable app performance is upload/download of at least 25 Mbps and a ping no higher than 100 ms.
