Why can't the student see the virtual piano?

The virtual piano is only available in the desktop and tablet versions. Please recommend that the student use a computer or tablet for full access to all features.

If your student is already connected via computer/tablet, they need to expand the virtual piano interface. To do this:

Hover your mouse over the top-right corner of the virtual piano panel.
Look for and click the double-arrow icon. This icon controls the panel's size.

After this action, all player elements — will become visible.
