Why can't the student see which keys I'm pressing?

If the student cannot see the highlighted keys on the virtual piano:

1. On the Piano panel, find and click the "Settings" button.
2. In the menu that opens, locate the "Show pressed keys" option.
3. Make sure the switch next to it is active (lit green).
4. If the switch was off, turn it on.

After this, the student will be able to see which keys you are pressing.

Also note:

• The key highlighting feature is only available in the desktop and tablet versions of the app. If the student is connected via phone, they will not see this indication.
• Ensure the student has a stable internet connection for timely data transmission.
