An interactive whiteboard for the lesson. Show any materials and draw on them together with the student in real-time. The function is located directly in our application for maximum convenience and full immersion in the lesson.
Where is it located?
This function is located on the bottom toolbar, to the left of the center.
How to share a file (sheet music, image) with the student?
- In the bottom panel of the lesson window, find and click the "Share" button.
- Select "Share File".
- You will enter the file storage. You can:
- Choose a file from those already uploaded.
- Or upload your own file from the computer: sheet music, photo, document.
- The file will immediately open on the shared screen. Both you and the student will see it, and you can start working.
How to draw and make annotations?
When the file is open, a toolbar will appear at the top. Here is what they do:
- Pencil: Draw freehand.
- Text "T": Add a text comment.
- Palette: Choose a color for the pencil or text.
- Eraser: Erase only your drawings, without touching the original file.
- Enable/Disable Student Cursor: Temporarily hide the student's pointer so it doesn't distract.
- Magnifying Glass (Zoom): Zoom the page in or out.
- Back Arrow / Forward Arrow: Undo or redo the last action.
- Clear All: Delete all drawings from the current page.
- Save: Download the finished, annotated file to your computer.
What files can be shared?
You can share files in the following formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF.
Are the annotations I make on a file saved?
Yes, you can save the file after editing by selecting "Save Document" on the toolbar. Please note that it will be saved to your computer. If you need it later, upload the saved file to your MOOZ cloud storage.
The student cannot see the shared file (It is taking too long to load).
The issue might be related to your internet speed or your student's internet speed.
You and the student can check internet connection speed at speedtest.net.
The recommended speed for stable app performance is upload/download of at least 25 Mbps and a ping no higher than 100 ms.
